Energy Saving Design
The externally heated adsorption dryer with blast provides dry air with a pressure dew point temperature of -40°C. Its design is oriented towards energy saving, and it develops its own internal waste heat utilization energy-saving device. The dryer is composed of two independent tanks, one for adsorption drying and the other for regeneration. The use of temperature control to stop heating in advance, cooling and at the same time push up the waste heat in the tank for use, which can save 20% of regeneration energy consumption.
